30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE + EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy ensures our customers can try our products with confidence. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it:
- within 14 days of receipt for a full refund,
- within 30 days of receipt for an exchange,
subject to the following conditions:

1) Return Period:
Returns under the "Satisfaction Guarantee" must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Note: In accordance with German withdrawal law (§ 355 BGB), you have 14 days from receipt to return the product without justification and receive a full refund, including standard delivery fees.
2) Product Condition:
Products returned under the "Satisfaction Guarantee" must be intact, in their original packaging, and unused.
However, for the exercise of the right of withdrawal (within 14 days of receipt), items may be opened if not sealed but must not be damaged or used in a way that reduces their value.
3) Proof of Purchase:
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for any refund.
Exclusions from the "Satisfaction Guarantee":
Promotional items, personalized products, or limited editions are not eligible for the "Satisfaction Guarantee".
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error on our part.
4) Return Process:
Contact our customer service team via email to initiate the return procedure.
For returns under the legal right of withdrawal (14 days), please specify that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Once the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 to 15 business days.
5) Legal Warranty of Conformity and Hidden Defects:
This "Satisfaction Guarantee" offer is complementary to the legal warranties provided by the German Civil Code (§§ 433 et seq. BGB) and does not affect your legal rights.
In the case of defective or non-conforming products, you can request a repair, replacement, or, failing that, a full refund within the legally defined period.
